With a decade of experience gained at a prominent pressure washing company in our region, we embarked on a new venture dedicated to serving discerning homeowners with high-value residential properties. Our primary goal was to cater to those who valued premium finishes and sought a professional touch rather than opting for a typical, Chuck-in-a-Truck. Drawing from a collective experience of over 35 years, our team specializes in working with a variety of upscale exterior finishes such as IPE hardwood, Travertine Pavers, various roof shingles, and Aggregate & Stamped Concrete. This extensive expertise enables us to distinguish what methods are effective and what aren’t, recognizing that different substrate finishes demand specific cleaning agents and specialized sealants to ensure enduring, easily maintained surfaces for years to come.
Our Equipment
Our commercially equipped trailer is designed to cater to all our needs at any location, boasting a wide range of pressure capabilities from gentle soft washing to high oscillating pressure. We understand that different surfaces require tailored approaches for effective cleaning results. Our process involves using heated water at 190 degrees, a method well-known to those with kitchen experience as being more efficient in cleaning than cold water. Unlike many “power washing” operators who use improper chemicals and high-pressure cold water to forcibly remove surface soiling, often causing damage like chewed-up wood decking or damaged vinyl siding, we prioritize a gentler and more effective approach. Additionally, we’re conscious of the potential long-term consequences, such as damaged plants, shrubs, and trees, often caused by the use of overly strong bleach solutions, which we avoid.
